We used to live in the New Holland/Blue Ball area, and this was the only pizza shop we would go to. There were PLENTY of options for pizza, and we tried many. Carini's was always tops. We even had them supply pizza for birthday parties. Any time we had friends up from out of the area, they would beg to order from there. The cheese pizza is great, as is the Philly Cheesesteak pizza.

I'm not sure about this place. I like the food sometimes but then other times not so much. I normally get a sausage and peppers/onions. The sub is now $11. The price keeps getting higher and higher and the quality is not the same too. We pick up pizza from them pretty often at one time but I can't do that anymore. Why? You ask... I've gotten sick each time. The first few times we blamed it on everything else then them but it has to be them. I'm not sure if it's the dough or cheese but something makes us sick from them. I do want to add when we're eating the food it taste good. No weird smell or taste!

***Loved this place!!! The food, the service, and the family environment. Veal parm is best I've had anywhere. My husband and I ate a veal parm and spring penne dinner. Definitely recommend it to anyone that goes!!! They have anywhere from pizza to italian dinners and a gluten free menu. Homemade tiramisu!!!! Will definitely be back and thank you Carini's!!!!

Terrible service. We walked in, they were still open, but they had no desire to serve us or accommodate in any way. Told us their grill was off and they could give us cold sandwiches, but I was already turned off by the experience.

So I have driven by hundreds of times and I was tired of Signature pizza in Parkesburg forgetting to say Thank You . I assume Mon nite is slow in the pizza business and therefore many offer BOGO . Carinis BOGO is $7 more than Signature"s so I expected at least better pizza . I can't review their pizza though . I never got it . I left . Big sign advertising 2 cheese pizzas . I walk in and politely order 2 pizzas . After 28 min the two employees ask how I ordered them and it turns out that they had nothing for me . Now if a customer is waiting for food while subsequent customers have received their food and departed already , wouldnt that be a red flag ? None of this precluded the one employee from catching up with an old aqquaintance . Oh and by the way , Congrats to the employee on her 1 yr old ! Your lack of attention to detail will ensure that you work in food service for a long time . Maybe you should look into being a butt wiper at one of the numerous old folks prisons , er I mean homes up and down the pike . i mean if you ignore them they aint going to take to Yelp and diss your dumb ass . They were however very capable of taking my money . That part was smooth and easy . And boy did they buy some free advertisment ! Because I didnt want my money back .I paid $20.13 to discover that Carinis was a waste of time . Had they followed me out and asked for another chance to win my business I would have given it to them . But hey , in the land of trailer parks Im sure that the mon special feeds a bunch of peoples dirty lil miracles thru fri so they dont need my money . The meatball behind the counter had a tight haircut ,So I'll award a star for that . I should have asked him where he got it because I'll never ever be back . Idiots .

I used to live around the corner from this place, this was a few years ago. At that time I would have rated it 3 stars, but after tonight, there's no way I can give anymore than 1. Went in with my family, the place had one other 3 person family there and thats it. I counted 6 ppl working behind the counter. Our waitress, came and took our drink order, then was back a few minutes later for our food order. We got a kids chicken fingers and fries, sampler, chicken parm sub, wings and fries. Food came out about 10 minutes later at roughly all the same time. The sampler, for $6 was two pierogies, 3 small breaded mushrooms, 2 mozz sticks and 2 onion rings. Wasn't much for the price. The other food was pretty basic, not horrible, not great. My husband said his wings were bland. Our waitress was only seen again at the very end of our meal (other than when she sat at the next table to eat wings with the bus boys) to give us the check. Other than that, we had no service. They weren't busy. At all. Like, the phone didn't ring, nobody came to pick up food, yet there were a bunch of people working, (well, the only person I saw working was the cook) goofin around, whistling, and on their phones. Two couples came in around the time we left, that was it. A pizza place being that slow on a Saturday night should tell you something. The worst part, was our check was $40! For what? This was super duper basic food. Way too expensive for what it was. Between the service and the price, we won't be going back. Ever.

Their dinners are sooo good! I was afraid to try them because it was just a pizza place but they were really good! 4 of us went and tried different dinners. Everyone was happy!!

Have gotten their pizza and enjoyed it but yuck the Stromboli. Asked them to make a meatball Stromboli which they did. My mistake thinking an Italian restaurant should be able to make a decent meatball, they can't. Store bought frozen meatballs would be better. This also had VERY little sauce just a ton of tasteless cheese. The little sauce there was caused a puddle of water on the plate. Would I get any dish there that required meatballs or red sauce? NO!! I worry now their pizza will stink but I will just try a slice first.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.

Pizza

Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.

Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.

Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.
